Patti is the most patient of anyone I have ever met. She's been helping me for years and had never lost my respect. I had given ways to let me find someone else to help me but she stood by me . I appreciate her help so much, words cannot explain. Thanks my friend.

I tried to sell my home during tough times and with advice from Patti  my home did finally sell! I was impressed with Patti's knowledge & ability to review the housing market, she kept me informed on the changes, recommendations for improvements, creating the virtual tour and her positive attitude are just some of her attributes that helped.  She also set up an account online for comments from the buyers and selling agents so that I was aware of what they were saying about my home. 

Patti was also instrumental in helping me find a new location for me to live.  It wasn't easy to find a place since I was the picky / choosy buyer!  Once I knew what my price range was, Patti  kept me informed of what was new to the market, setting up appointments and finally getting me into my new home.
